Checkout Page (Before Midtrans)1. Confirm your profile details
2. Fill your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, profession, and institution.
For Indonesia Student fee type, you must provide a Student ID (NIM).
3. Choose the registration fee type
4. Click Choose fee type, then select the correct participant type. The total will
update automatically based on the number of participants.
5. Click “Register Now”
6. The system will create your order and redirect you to the Midtrans payment page.
7. Midtrans Payment Options (How to Choose)
8. The payment methods shown on Midtrans depend on the Midtrans configuration
and your device/bank/card availability. The most common options are:
Bank Transfer (Virtual Account / VA)
Credit / Debit Card (typically Visa/Mastercard, with 3D Secure/OTP when required)
E-Wallet and/or QRIS (if enabled on the Midtrans side)
How to Pay via Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)
1. Select Bank Transfer / Virtual Account.
2. Choose your bank. Commonly available banks include BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri,
Permata (the exact list depends on what Midtrans displays).
3. Midtrans will generate a Virtual Account number. Copy it.
4. Pay using your bank channel (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or ATM):
5. Open your bank app/ATM.
6. Choose transfer to Virtual Account.
7. Paste/input the VA number and confirm the amount.
8. Complete the transfer and keep the receipt/reference number.
After successful payment, your registration status will update automatically. If you
do not see the update yet, wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard.
How to Pay via Credit / Debit Card
1. Select Credit/Debit Card on Midtrans.
2. Enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
3. Complete authentication if requested (for example, 3D Secure/OTP).
4. Once approved, you will be returned to the website and your payment status will
be updated.
International Participants
If you are outside Indonesia or you do not have an Indonesian bank account, the
easiest option is usually Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard) on the Midtrans
payment page. Virtual Account bank transfer requires access to the listed
Indonesian banks and their transfer channels. The exact payment methods you
see on Midtrans may vary. The International Participants can complete the
payment via Bank Transfer:
